How we operate
1- Free site assessment
We schedule free site assessments within one to three business days. The assessment is on-site when conditions allow. We document conditions, identify items that may require separate disposition handling, and assess access, equipment staging, and removal logistics.
2 - Scope and agreement
The written scope contains work to be done, disposition handling for items and agreed documentation level. Scope changes after agreement are handled through written change orders.
3 - Execution
Unless otherwise ordered, items of potential value or relevance (financial documents, photographs, identification, jewelry, firearms, heirloom property) are set aside for client review as they are encountered. If the job is disposition-sensitive, we contact the client if anything is unclear.
4 - Completion and documentation package
The documentation package is delivered after closeout. For routine cleanouts, this is a completion record with photographs and disposition summary. For estates, fiduciaries, and attorneys, the package includes itemized disposition records, photographic logs of items of potential value, chain-of-custody documentation for items handled, and any other records appropriate to the client's needs or as requested by the client.
