How we approach the work

The properties we handle are often the last record of someone's life, or of a period in a family's life that ended hard. We approach them on those terms. Personal items are handled as belongings, with care. Documents, photographs, and items of significance are set aside for review rather than disposed of unilaterally. The physical work is performed with the seriousness the circumstances warrant. The record we produce is evidence that the property was gone through carefully.

How we work
